East to West Wellbeing
Pat weaves somatics, yoga, qigong and mindfulness into a gentle movement practice that allows students to observe and develop awareness of how they feel and understand what they need on a day to day basis. Much of what she teaches uses slow, small and soft movements and pauses in practice, allowing the nervous system to reset, allowing time to ‘be’ rather than ‘do’. Pat encourages self-enquiry and body awareness helping students be comfortable in their practice and take what they learn into day to day life.- Find Pat in the studio on Wednesday evenings.
Sarah Green Yoga
I encourage people to explore their own movement and style of yoga. The aim is to have fun and enjoy movement, inspired by great soundtracks, taking inspiration from your own body and how it chooses to move.
Wednesday - “Gentle” - a relaxing class aimed to inspire mindful movement and relaxation
Friday - “energise” - an upbeat class aimed to get you ready for the weekend
Saturday - “refresh” - a free-flowing class to release tension and promote wellbeing
